Students have a goal when they choose IBI Darmajaya to be a bachelor who subdue of Information Technology. Prepare the resource for realized students between : facility, lecture, support employee, and advisory lecturer of academic.In the students trip for sue knowledge, many problem be faced who make student achievement come down, and can’t understand the computer sciences or information technology.This matter because the academic problem and non academic. While of academic problem is curriculum change, (with researcher) and then problem of non academic like family, relationship of collage and other, of course make they stress. The advisory lecturer assigned of study program chairman for helping students to complete all problems who interfere lecture, this is hard job, therefore must be guidance models for helping the advisory lecturer for implementation his job.For getting guidance models of advisory lecturer based on criteria from study program chairman, for decide criteria based perception for advisory lecturer and analysis technique in decide quality of implementation priority of guidance method do with approach Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and developed by Dr. Thomas L. Saaty fro, Whartoon School of Business at 1970.
