REDUKSI GANGGUAN (NOISE) DENGAN METODE FILTERMEDIAN UNTUK MENINGKATKAN AKURASI CITRA SIDIK JARI SEBAGAI HUMANIDENTIFICATION

Abstract

This research have been tried out the algorithms that can reduce noise in digital image is a filter median. A filter median recognized powerful to overcome noise salt and pepper .How to work a filter median image is to take a matrix using a filter , and rank the matrix to pick up the middle value a matrix called the value of the median. Then the median value will be used to replace the target of the pixels that are on the central part in a matrix of a filter. This research has produced an application to reduce noise by using a filter median .The size of a filter that available 3x3 consisting of , 5x5 , 9x9 7x7 and .Based on the results of this research , it can be concluded that the application of this very effective in reducing noise salt and pepper to the probability of noise by 15 percent
