PEMETAAN LOKASI UMKM BERBASIS GOOGLE MAPS DAN PENINGKATAN DESAIN PRODUK DALAM MENDUKUNG BRANDING FROZEN FOOD SEANDANAN DI DESA RAJABASA

Abstract


The development of information technology in the era of Industry 4.0 provides opportunities for MSMEs to enhance competitiveness through digital marketing. Frozen Food Seandanan, an MSME located in Rajabasa Village, South Lampung, faces several challenges, including the absence of a business logo, lack of digital location registration, and limited utilization of information technology for product marketing. This community service was carried out using a participatory method through problem identification, solution design, and program implementation, which included creating a Google Maps business location and redesigning product packaging. The results show improvements in business identity through a new logo and packaging, higher visibility via Google Maps, and stronger brand image and competitiveness. This program serves as a strategic step to support the digital transformation of MSMEs in the Industry 4.0 era.
