PENGEMBANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI PENGGAJIAN BIRO SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA MENGGUNAKAN MICROSOFT VISUAL BASIC 6.0 PADA IBI DARMAJAYA

Abstract

Payroll system is an important function that is the responsibility of Human Resource Management. Its main function is to provide compensation to employees in the form of salary in exchange for their contribution to the organization / institution. payroll is one of the processes within the organization that are susceptible to the problem. Slow data processing can result in slow presentation of information so that it is also possible delay salary payments. Plus, if something goes wrong can make the calculations become inaccurate information. It makes payroll system needs to be supported by good information systems.

This  study in order to  develop systems  for payroll    processing system at the Bureau of  Human Resources  IBI Darmajaya using Visual Basic 6.0, including: systems analysis, system design, system implementation and system maintenance.

The information system was designed using Visual Basic 6.0 programming language. The information system is designed in such a way as to facilitate in making salary reports more quickly and accurately as well as attractive. This information system is dynamic, which means that the information provided is subject to change at any time based on the circumstances that are going on.
