SISTEM INFORMASI PENGELOLAAN KEUANGAN DAERAH (SIPKD) PADA PENGELOLAAN KEUANGAN DAERAH KABUPATEN LAMPUNG TIMUR

Abstract

Moving to the concerns of local financial management scheme in East Lampung regency based Examination Result Report (LHP) the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) Region Lampung, which reports the results of three years of East Lampung regency always a predicate Disclaimer (unnatural) when the implementation of the financial management of the East Lampung regency using financial Management information System (SIPKD) Application V @ lid 49 which has been recommended by the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Indonesia. In conducting the study, the authors sought an inventory of each stage of the application and how the application SIPKD are then compared with the Minister Regulation No. 13 of 2006 along with regulatory changes that have become the basis and guidelines for stakeholders in the management of state and local finances.
