ANALISIS PENGARUH HARGA,KUALITAS PELAYANAN, FASILITAS DAN LOKASI TERHADAP KEPUASAN KONSUMEN DI CAFE BEJOS MILK

Abstract


This study aims to find out how consumer lifestyles affect the rise of coffee shops in the perspective of price, service quality, facilities and location towards customer satisfaction at the Bejos Milk cafe. Where the target of this research is the customers who come to the bejos milk cafe. The research method is descriptive qualitative through observation, interviews and documentation.

The results of the study show that consumers like to spend time at the Coffee Shop where activities that reflect a lifestyle such as hanging out with friends, chatting, discussing work, doing college and school assignments. This phenomenon that occurs is evidence of an interest not only in the taste of food or drinks sold at the Coffee Shop, but the Coffee Shop has other attractions, such as the comfortable place and the facilities provided that make consumers very happy to linger at the Coffee Shop. As long as it does not lead to hedonism, these lifestyle symptoms can be assessed as a symptom and a normal response from young people to this phenomenon.
