Sistem Informasi Manajemen Puskesmas (Simpus) Pada Puskesmas BIHA Pesisir Barat Lampung

Abstract

Puskesmas is the leading facility in providing health services to the people of Indonesia. Such as the BIHA Health Center which is located at Gunung Sari, Pesisir Selatan District, West Coast District, Lampung, which has general health services such as examinations and medical procedures. There are several problems at the BIHA Health Center, one of which is that it has not been integrated into the patient registration process for services, resulting in patients waiting too long. In addition to searching for patient data to process medical record processing. The aim of the research is to build a health center management system that is mutually integrated between sections that can easily perform data processing. The method used is RUP which has advantages in the process of research stages that focus on architecture and are more directed based on user cases. The results of the system that has been built are the puskesmas management information system where there are 5 users in the system such as the admin section who is in charge of managing user data and activity information or doctors' schedules at the puskesmas, the officer's section is tasked with managing registration and taking tension or anamnesa from patient registration, the division doctors can view registration data and carry out patient examinations as well as provide drug prescriptions which will be forwarded to the pharmacy to prepare drugs and confirm drug collection. Patient users can access the system online. The results of testing this research system Simpus at the Biha Health Center can handle the user load well. Load testing shows that the system remains stable and responsive when accessed by multiple users simultaneously. System responsiveness to user requests is also within acceptable range, with fast response times.
