I know primitive man just cooked his meat on the fire and did not eat bread or baked potatoes with his meals. You can have pizza using this weight loss approach. You just have to have it topped with veggies and olives. You can have steak if you wish just lose the fries or bake potato. The reason proper food combining melts fat faster is that it helps your body digest food more quickly and thoroughly. When you eat proteins foods one set of digestive enzymes is called upon to attack the proteins bonds. When you eat starches, other enzymes must be used. When you combine both kinds of foods together you are sending your stomach mixed signals. What happens is your digestive system gets confused and overloaded. Your food literally sits in your stomach until the proper enzymes find time to digest each type of food. This is why you feel bloated after a heavy meal. Try food combining for a week and you will see how easy it is to eat well without feeling hungry. You will notice how quickly your excess pounds just melt away!
