PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI INFORMASI PERKREDITAN RUMAH PADA PT. PRESTASI INVESTASI PRATAMA

Abstract

Informatics system is a provider system of information for management to take decision and for operational execute in company. Information system found by human, technology and appointed procedure. PT. Prestasi Investa Pratama is one of developer house company start at 2014. Problem for consumer is they didn’t know how much should advance must be paid, how much installment, and how long loans process if purchase by bank. While from administration the problem often happen is duration of process make a report base on specific character. This research used V models method, where all step is Requirement Analysis and Acceptance Testing, System Designdan System Testing, Architecture Design and Integration Testing, Module Design and Unit Testing and Coding. Tools for design system is power designer, and while for program language used Borland Delphi and database is MySQL. And result of this research is system can help consumer for process analyze of home loans and this system required administration for prepare reports from specify criteria.
