SISTEM INFORMASI INFO PELANGGAN BERBASIS ANDROID

Abstract

Android-Based Customer Information System is specially designed for several area of South Sumatra, Jambi and Bengkulu. The study will analyze the content of alternative service for customers to get information including: information system of data master of company’s customer and electric power tariff calculation system.
Customer data processing in the form of customer information, billing information and information of booths meters by making Unified Modeling Language (UML) Use Case, Class Diagram, Activity Diagram, and flowchart to ease the flow of data as the application process based on Android and MySQL as a database management system.
