SUPPLY CHAIN N LOGISTIK DALAM KAITANNYA DENGAN KETAHANAN PANGAN DI PEDESAAN

Abstract

Rural contribution of to the Indonesian economy more and more diminish, this is due to a lack of public understanding to run business activity in rural. Lack of rural contribution in Indonesia could be impact to the competitiveness of Indonesia in the era of the MEA (AEC). This study is examines the development of supply chains in rural to support agricultural enterprises by building an effective supply chain begin from farmer suppliers, distributors and retailers.There must be cooperation with the various parties involved in the supply chain activities.The results from this study show that the manage of logistics the agricultural product can not stand alone but must be managed together with the components of the supply chain so that primacy to compete the agricultural product Indonesia can superior from other countries.
