Optimalisasi Kompetensi Publikasi Ilmiah Guru Agama Hindu Provinsi Lampung melalui Pelatihan Manajemen Referensi dan Publish or Perish

Abstract
The Reference Management and Publish or Perish training for Hindu Religion Teachers in Lampung Province was held as a strategic effort to improve the academic capacity and productivity of teachers' scientific publications. This activity aims to equip teachers with technical skills in managing references effectively using reference management software such as Mendeley, as well as analyzing and mapping publication potential using the Publish or Perish application. The training methods included lectures, hands-on practice, discussions, and intensive mentoring. The training results showed a significant increase in participants' understanding of scientific reference management, searching for reputable journals, and compiling scientific articles according to academic standards. This training is expected to be a sustainable initial step in supporting the improvement of the quality of scientific publications of Hindu Religion teachers in Lampung Province
