AUDIT SISTEM INFORMASI BIRO MANAJEMEN ASSET DAN LOGISTIKMENGGUNAKAN FRAMEWORK COBIT 4.1. PADA IBI DARMAJAYA BANDAR LAMPUNG

Abstract

Bureau of asset Management and Logistics is the bureau which is included in Informatics and Business IBI Darmajaya Support system. The responsibility of this bureau is in supplying, maintaining and securing the asset that exist in the surrounding of IBI Darmajaya. The Information systems that exist in the Bureau of asset management and logistics was instrumental in the service provider to all user and amanagement.

In order for the services the services provided by the bureau of Asset managemen and Logistics can be focused and aligned with business objectives institution, it needs to know the aligment level of IT objectives with the objectives of institutions. In order to achieve aligment between IT Objectives and objectives of institutions required a measurement of the level of aligment between the goal of the institution with the goal of IT using 4.1. on DS1, DS2 and DS12 domains.

All proses in each of delivery and support domain (DS1), (DS2) and (DS12) generally in the defined aligment. The  conclusion and recommendation for increasing the efficiency and the effectivity of IT ehich aligned with bureau of asset management and logistics objectives, and be able to answer the need of sercice increasing in bureau of asset management and logistics and can hel the management to comprehend and manage investment
