Abstract

SMAN 37 South Jakarta is a school which is located in Kebon Baru Village, Tebet District, South Jakarta. This community service activity at SMAN 37 South Jakarta provides a very important role because it makes students independent in learning to explore themselves in order to achieve learning goals and maximize their potential. Mentoring as a form of partnership between a companion and his students. School is an environment that requires assistance techniques, a teacher who applies mentoring techniques will be able to see how a student can finally solve his own problems through processing the information he receives from a coach. The Millennial Generation (Gen Y) has shifted to Generation (Gen Z), which is a problem for the school environment, because Gen Z are natives of the digital world. So, it's time for the Process Student Learning Center to collaborate on Teaching and coaching so that Gen Z won't lose their way and become the generation that is laying low. The community service model is in the form of a coaching clinic. The results of this activity teachers have the ability to make decisions better than before, teachers are motivated to continue to improve their work abilities.
