Pengaruh Perceived Ease Of Use dan Perceived Usefulness Terhadap Tingkat Kepuasan Pengguna Aplikasi Tokocrypto

Abstract

Tokocrypto is an application that provides digital currency ownership and investment services that facilitate its users to do online investment in digital currency in the form of crypto and bitcoin. Since 2021 the number of users of this application has decrease due to factors related to the mode of acceptance of cryptocurrency technology. Taking into the theory of TAM (Technology Acceptance Model), these factors include perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness and trust. This study focuses on analyzing the effect of perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness on the level of satisfaction of Tokocrypto users through trust. This study uses a quantitative method with PLS SEM analysis using Smart PLS 4. This study aims at the influence between perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness on the convenience of using Tokocrypto application. The results of the analysis of the SEM model and the correlation between variables show that there is a significant effect of perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness through trust of Tokocrypto application users.
