Abstract


This study aims to develop a marketing plan for non-brand English language learning media products using Social Media Marketing (SMM) and to analyze the influence of SMM on the sales of these products. Non-brand products are those without a strong or well-known brand, but they have the potential to attract consumer attention if marketed with the right strategy. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study method to understand and explain the phenomenon of marketing non-brand English language learning media products through social media. The object of this study is the marketing plan for non-brand… English language learning media products using SMM, focusing on the marketing strategies applied to non-brand products, how these strategies are implemented, and their impact on product sales. Data for this research will be collected through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. This study is expected to provide marketing strategy recommendations through SMM to increase sales of non-brand English language learning media products and to provide information for companies regarding the effectiveness of SMM in boosting sales.
