ANALISIS MINAT MAHASISWA DALAM PROGRAM MBKM KAMPUS MENGAJAR

Abstract

This research is inspired by the existence of a government program, specifically the KM (Teacher Campus) program, which is one of the programs of the Ministry of Education's MBKM (Independent Learning Campus Merdeka) research culture and technology in Higher Education. The implementation of the KM Program has various challenges that occur from educating campus participants, including a lack of information about the KM Program, a lack of interaction between the organizers and the school, and the stated benefits of KM participant students not being met. As a result, it is critical to assess how students are interested in participating in the campus teaching program. The phrasing of the problem in this study is how students are interested in participating in the Teaching Campus. In this study, the formulation of the problem is how students are interested in participating in the Teaching Campus program at IIB Darmajaya. This research is valuable for evaluating the implementation of the teaching campus program, determining students' interest in participating in the Teaching Campus Program at IIB Darmajaya, and providing references for scholars who want to debate and investigate the same subject. This study employs a descriptive quantitative survey method. The participants in this study were all current IIB Darmajaya students. A proportionate stratified random selection strategy was used to select a sample of 100 people. Based on the research findings, data and information were acquired indicating that 75% of students were interested in participating in the campus teaching program, while the other 25% were not.
