Abstract


Organizational commitment is one of the most important factors for the survival and stability of organizational development. Employees who feel a high level of commitment to their organization will make a more fruitful contribution than employees who have a lower level of commitment to the organization and as a result ensure will play a key role in ensuring their organization's competitive advantage over competitors. This study aims to determine and explain the effect of Organizational Justice and Employee Empowerment on Organizational Commitment through Job Satisfaction in PT. Bank Lampung Sidomulyo. This study used a quantitative approach with a sample of 42 respondents in PT. Bank Lampung Sidomulyo and uses Partial Least Square (PLS). This research results that organizational justice has no effect on organizational commitment, employee empowerment has a significant effect on organizational commitment, job satisfaction has an effect on organizational commitment, job satisfaction mediates the effect of organizational justice Employee empowerment on organizational commitment.
