Kajian Analisis Persepsi Penerimaan Platform Merdeka Mengajar (PMM) Pada Guru SMP Negeri Di Kota Metro Dengan Menggunakan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM)

Abstract


The Merdeka Belajar, Kampus Merdeka policy has provided freedom and autonomy to educational institutions to become independent from bureaucratization. However, there is still a discrepancy between reality and what should happen, particularly regarding the use of the Merdeka Mengajar Platform (PMM) by teachers in State Junior High Schools in Kota Metro, Lampung Province. The reality is that there are still many State Middle School teachers who have not downloaded, linked belajar.id account to the Merdeka Mengajar Platform (PMM) application, and have not taken full advantage of the Merdeka Mengajar Platform. This article utilizes the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to explain the relationship between the perception of PMM acceptance, namely the perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, and the behavioral intention to use PMM. The research method employed is explanatory research with a survey approach. Data were collected through a questionnaire using the Likert scale. The findings will be analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The conclusion of this study indicates that the TAM model is the most suitable model for explaining the relationship between the perception of PMM acceptance and the intention to use PMM among teachers in State Junior High Schools in Kota Metro, Lampung Province.
