Perencanaan Strategis Sistem Informasi Dan Teknologi Informasi Pada Perusahaan PT. Media Distribusi Nasional Di Provinsi Lampung

Abstract

PT Media Distribusi Nasional is a company engaged in the sale of subsidized and non-subsidized fertilizers. This company is a fertilizer distributor company in Lampung and several branches in other regions which of course must have implemented the application of information systems in its business processes, moreover this company also needs information systems to help the existing business processes, where it is very important to integrate with several information systems in fertilizer producers, but there are several parts that still have not implemented information systems and there are still many aspects of information systems that can still be developed. Therefore, an appropriate information system strategic planning is needed, the method used in this research uses the Ward and Peppard method, which contains SWOT analysis, Value chain Analysis, and finally will be mapped using the McFarlan Strategic Grid. This research produces information system recommendations that can later be used for companies to develop their companies based on the analysis of the internal and external environment that has been analyzed previously.
