Kapabilitas owner berbasis Aglie Leadership dalam pengembangan inovasi produk UMKM Tapis Lampung

Abstract


The capability of the owner based on aglie leadership in the development of MSME product innovation weaving tapis lampung is intended so that MSME owners have aglie leadership in the development of MSME product innovation in Lampung filter. Based on the results of the interview, it shows that these MSMEs have not yet developed innovative MSME products in Lampung. This condition causes the Lampung filter weaving products produced by MSMEs to be less in demand, especially the millennial generation, so that the filter weaving products produced are less sold in the market. The implementation method carried out is counseling in the form of lectures, tutorials, questions and answers, and mentoring. After counseling and mentoring, MSME players can develop innovative MSME products weaving in Lampung, and MSME players do marketing through social media accounts that are loved by the community so that they can expand the marketing of MSME products and further develop these MSMEs.
