There really aren't any shortcuts Fungus Hack Review here: measuring your blood sugar levels and understanding what the readings mean is important to keeping yourself as healthy as possible. When your BSLs are high, it is a sign that your type 2 diabetes is hurting you. If they're too low, it means that something is going wrong in your plan. Without this information, even if everything in your plan of firing on all cylinders, you can't possibly know how well your diabetes is being managed. To understand how your blood sugars are working, you will probably have to check yourself several times a day. This may seem like an awful lot if you're "doing the right thing", but until you understand how your body is reacting to your medicine, diet, and exercise, you should take your BSLs often. Before having anything to eat in the morning, a normal reading is 80 to 120 mg/dL (4.4 to 6.7 mmol/L). The next time to check your blood glucose should be 2 hours after your next meal. Optionally, you can take a reading before or after dinner. And the final thing you should do before turning out the light at bedtime is to take the reading once again. Doing this faithfully will enable you to find out exactly how well your body is handling your approach, and make sure you're on the right track.
