Use chlorine bleach. This is for those who didn't purchase Pocket Light distilled water. You can make regular water last a lot longer by putting 4 or 5 drops of bleach in every gallon. After doing so, wait 30 minutes and see if you can smell the chlorine. If you can't, add some more.Pour your water. If your storage water tastes stale, try pouring it back and forth from one container to another several times. This gets oxygen back into the water and improves the taste. It seems that every night on the evening news we hear of another disaster. Earthquakes, tornadoes, hurricanes, flooding, the uncertainty of our society with unemployment, the struggling economy, corporations and business downsizing etc. It's no wonder Americans are preparing for emergencies. Survival planning just makes so much sense. More information available at There is extensive information available online to assist you with your planning.
