I watch people constantly battling with their weight,Lean body hacks hoping for a miracle, when the answer is staring them in the face - 'long term changes'. This means, changing the way you eat and changing the way you perceive physical activity for good. It means a total change in lifestyle and this goes for the rest of the family as well. There is no point in you making changes for the better if your family continue buying junk food to tempt you. Also, what is the point, of 'going on a diet' only to come off it and eat the same things which made a person gain weight in the first place It does not make any sense. There is no quick fix.Diets normally start at the beginning of the year when new years resoltuions are made. The trouble with resolutions is that they tend to be unrealistic as they focus on have to 'give up something'. Having to give up your favorite food usually brings about feelings depravation. Depravation leads to tempation which then leads to guilt. Guilt is quickly followed by dieting. The cycle never ends which makes dieting difficult.Starting an exercise program is the best way to start living a healthy life. Many of us struggle when first trying to begin an exercise program.
