The summer season can be extremely cruel in the hot countries, Final Survival Plan especially those located near the equator. The mercury recording the temperature reaches dizzying heights in the thermometer. The scorching heat seems to make everything get roasted and absence of rain or any respite makes things even worse. Some countries are arid and dry while some other countries are plain humid. In hot weather, our bodies tend to sweat; it is the sweat which evaporates and keeps the body cool. On humid days, the rate of sweating goes down because of the level of moisture in the air. Due to insufficient sweating, the body temperature goes up and we start feeling ill.
