ANALISIS UPAYA PENGGUNAAN SISTEM KOMPUTER DI KALANGAN KARYAWAN DENGAN MODEL UNIFIED THEORY OF ACCEPTANCE AND USE OF TECHNOLOGY

Yohanes Tabuni, Charles Suruan

Abstract

In the era of Industry 4.0, computer technology has become crucial in completing tasks with efficiency, accuracy, and cost savings. However, in the Papua Highlands Province, understanding and utilizing this technology still pose challenges, affecting organizational productivity. This study employs a modified UTAUT model to analyze the factors influencing the intention to learn and use computers at STIMIK Agamua Wamena. With a sample of 100 part-time students from remote areas (3T), questionnaires were distributed and analyzed using the statistical method of Smart PLS. The results indicate that working condition facilities, complexity of computer use, social factors, and efforts in information technology adaptation positively influence the intention to learn and the behavior of computer use. Practical recommendations include enhancing computer education and training for employees, aiming to improve organizational performance and efficiency.
