How is this syndrome diagnosed Joint Pain Hack Review Normally when we think about inflammation we generally tend to think about problems such as joint pain and arthritis, and although sufferers of these conditions will say that it is no laughing matter the fact is inflammation is behind much more serious conditions. For instance, inflammation is known to be a key reason behind unexpected fatal heart attacks, it is also thought to be behind conditions such as aneurysms and neurological disorders as well as being linked with cancer as well. This is of course going on inside each and every one of us and therefore we all have inflammation to one degree or another, so what is the best way to go about reducing our risk of succumbing to inflammatory conditions? The key to beating inflammation is to increase your omega-3 intake, particularly from oily fish. The reason being is because as well as the amount of Omega six that we consume increasing over the last hundred years or so the amount of Omega threes that we consume has decreased as well. This means that instead of having an omega3 Omega six balance of 1:4 it is probably closer to 1:20. The reason that having the ratio of omega6 to omega3 at 1:4 is because the omega3 from oily fish contains an essential fat called DHA, and when the ratio is in the right balance this DHA fat can help to control the inflammation. It does this because inflammation happens when the white blood cells stick to the inner linings of the blood vessels, if you have a lot of Omega six then of course there's going to be a lot of this event occurring. When you are consuming omega3 with this DHA fat in it it helps to control the amount of inflammation occurs by creating a reaction in the body to create nitric oxide which in turn prevents the white cells from being able to stick. To get that ratio right you are going to need to use a fish oil supplement. The reason I say this is because this is the only way that you are going to be economically and safely able to consume the equivalent of a portion of fish a day to ensure that you get the 1000mgs omega3 on a daily basis.
