Most important thing here is that diabetic's should try to substitute these unhealthy foods with healthier foods. Unhealthy foods like beverages and sodas generally have no nutritional value; they only contain empty calories which worsen the diabetic condition. In contrast the healthier foods like fiber rich foods and vegetables are full of nutritional content and have a low calorie count. As diabetics a person should take greatest care while planning his meals.
