Abstract

Thils study dilscusses the alnallysils of the falctors thalt ilnfluence employee performalnce alt PT Semen Balturaljal (Persero) Tbk. The populaltilon iln thils study were 53 employees of PT.Semen Balturaljal (Persero) Tbk. The alnallytilcall method used wals qualntiltaltilve method usilng Multilple Lilnealr Regressilon alnallysils tool. The results of the alnallysils explalilned thalt the t-count of ealch Employees Plalcement valrilalble (X₁) wals 6.858 alnd Workloald (X₂) wals 0.423, whilch wals grealter thaln the t-talble vallue of 2.008 whilch stalted thalt Employees Plalcement valrilalble (X₁)  hald al silgnilfilcalnt ilnfluence on the Employees Performalnce of PT.Semen Balturaljal (Persero) Tbk but Workloald (X₂) stalted thalt  hald no silgnilfilcalnt ilnfluence on the Employees Performalnce of PT.Semen Balturaljal (Persero) Tbk. The callculalted F vallue of 37.514 wals grealter thaln the F talble of 3.18 whilch stalted thalt together Employees Plalcement alnd Workloald hald al silgnilfilcalnt ilnfluence on the Performalnce of PT.Semen Balturaljal (Persero) Tbk. The vallue of the coeffilcilent of determilnaltilon (R Squalre) of 0.600 mealnt thalt iln thils calse the contrilbutilon of the ilnfluence of Employees Plalcement alnd Workloald on Employees' Performalnce wals 60%, whille the remalilnilng 40% wals ilnfluenced by other valrilalbles outsilde of the valrilalbles excluded iln thils resealrch model such als work motilvaltilon, responsilbillilty, work dilscilplilne alnd ilncentilves.
