Abstract


This study emphasizes the motivational approach to demonstrate the effects of communication within the organization affects the work of empowerment without considering the presence of the delegation of authority. This approach was chosen for this study to test the effect of empowerment at the individual level that have the same rights in the work, so it is assumed that the same level of delegation of power to each individual. The success of an organization is influenced by the performance (job performance) of employees. Sampling techniques and for the determination of the sample conducted stratified random sampling. This study uses data analysis SEM. Results The use of models in this study hypothesis I in this study was the effect of the indirect impact on the performance of lecturers with job satisfaction mediated. Hypothesis II has no direct influence on the performance of lecturers Competence with mediated by job satisfaction variables. Hypothesis III, Self-Determination effect on job satisfaction. Hypothesis IV is Self Efficacy effect on job satisfaction. Hypothesis V proved no influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction. Hypothesis VI proved that the Empowerment does not affect the performance. Hypothesis VII Self Efficacy proven that affect the performance. Hypothesis VIII, it affects the performance of organizational culture. Hypothesis IX proved that job satisfaction affects the performance. Hypothesis X turns Job Satisfaction Empowerment can not mediate the effect on performance.
